New year, big plans, more fun!January 12th 2010
"We recently bought a new camera which is awesome, it's not here yet but I'm already very happy with it, how does that work??? "
S'appening everybody!

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year! Now lets get to work!

So the last time you heard from me I was working with Pepsi on their new Max Cast project, which I assumed had sort of died off….however! I had a meeting the other day to discuss further work with them and they've pretty much gone all out and given me the most awesome job ever!! When I'm allowed to tell you more I will but right now I'm keeping things on the low.

In addition to that meeting I'm also waiting to here a "yes" with to regards to some work with Castrol who potentially are giving me the opportunity of a lifetime!! Castrol produce motor oil and are the official sponsors of the World Cup 2010 in South Africa. Again, I can't say much but as soon as I can I will because this is huge!! I guess the clue is sort of there with the World Cup coming up ;)

So besides "selling out" as some of my viewers would say, I've been busy finalising all the writing I've been doing over the past 6 months and getting it prepared to film. How will it be filmed though? Well, let me share my next adventure with you all!

I recently teamed up with my good friend James who I work with and together we have formed a small production company ( Smiv + i )which will be producing all of my short sketches, film ideas, plus more. In addition to that James has some stuff he's written that needs filming too and of course we have some freelance work, in the form of interviews, music videos and much much more!

We recently bought a new camera which is awesome, it's not here yet but I'm already very happy with it, how does that work??? It's a "Canon 7D" and if you happen to search for it on google you may be confused because it doesn't look like your everyday film camera, in fact it just looks like a still camera. Well it definitely takes still pictures but at the same time it allows us to film which is great because the quality on this (with the right lens, which we have) is simply beautiful, very cinematic which you'll soon see as my new videos come out.

Anyways, I'll try to keep this updated as much as I can this year as there's a lot planned, don't call it a comeback !!!

Later on, Smiv
